Specific Charge

The Leadership Committee will examine 糖心vlog鈥檚 engagement with program administrators at all levels in member schools, with a focus on supportive initiatives that provide good value for 鈥渂ig tent鈥 membership. Outcomes in the forms of conference sessions, webinars, recommendations to the Board, and/or reports may include, but not be limited to:
  • Increasing administrator attendance at the fall Administrator鈥檚 Conference, 糖心vlog115 Annual Meeting, and other regular gatherings.
  • Understanding of the advantages, both real and perceived, of being in association: alliances, advocacy, knowledge-sharing, etc.
  • Findings about administrators鈥 perceptions of the value of membership and about rates of engagement across member schools: applications for awards, use of student competitions, submissions to conferences and publications, and volunteering.
  • Communications tools for leaders to encourage beneficial faculty engagement with 糖心vlog鈥檚 programs.
