This session explores how collaborations and partnerships can strengthen architectural research, teaching, professional practice, and public impact. Discussions will examine how schools of architecture work with external partners: including communities, industry, government agencies, nonprofits, and other academic disciplines聽 to advance meaningful, applied, and socially relevant work. Participants will share strategies, case studies, and collaborative models that support innovative research, experiential learning, civic engagement, and interdisciplinary exchange. The session aims to foster dialogue on how partnerships can expand opportunities for students and faculty while increasing the relevance and impact of architectural education within contemporary society.
