Educators, Practitioners, Researchers and Students are all encouraged to attend the conference. If you are already an 糖心vlog member, please log into the website and complete your online registration.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing, no later than September 10, 2025听to qualify for a refund, less a processing fee of $50. Unpaid purchase orders will be billed at the full rate specified in the order unless cancelled before the deadline; Standard cancellation fees will apply.
Audio/Photo/Video Release
By attending our conference, you acknowledge that you are in a public place and that attendees (including 糖心vlog staff) may capture your image in photos and videos. 糖心vlog encourages event attendees to exercise good judgment and respect the wishes of other attendees who do not wish to be photographed at the events. 糖心vlog uses photos and videos taken at its events for a variety of purposes, including the 糖心vlog website, social media, print and advertising. If you see any photos of yourself on our website or on 糖心vlog鈥檚 social media that you would like removed, please contact us at听conferences@acsa-arch.org.
GENERAL
When and Where is the Conference?
The conference will be fully in-person in Boston, MA on September 25-27, 2025. Most of the conference sessions will take place at the Wentworth Institute of Technology.听
What airport do I fly into?
The closest airport is Boston Logan International Airport.
What is the best way to get to Wentworth?
Simply take the Boston T (subway) Orange or Green Line.
- Orange Line from State Station and get off at Ruggles Station. Then a short 7-minute walk to Wentworth campus.
- Green Line from Government Center Station and get off at Museum of Fine Arts Station. Then a short 6-minute walk to Wentworth campus.
When will the full conference schedule be posted?
We are currently working on the full schedule and it should be posted online in late July. A schedule-at-a-glance can be found here. Please continue to check the conference schedule online for the most up to date information.
Will the conference be virtual/hybrid or In-person?
The Conference will be fully in-person and we do not have virtual or hybrid options.听
Will there be Free Wifi at the conference?
There will be free conference free Wifi for you to use while attending the conference at Wentworth.听
Are there Continuing Education credits offered for the Conference?
Yes, you can obtain Continuing Education Credits (CES) / Learning Units (LU), including Health, Safety and Welfare (HSW) when applicable. Registered conference attendees will be able to submit sessions for Continuing Education Credits (CES).听

How do I register for the Conference?

Is there a single-day registration?
No, you will need to register for the entire conference.
Is there a special presenter registration rate?
No, All authors, speakers and special session presenters will need to register and pay to participate in the conference.
Do I have to register for the conference if I am a presenter?
Yes, Accepted authors & presenters must register and pay for the conference if they would like to present. Accepted research authors are required to register for the conference and present in order to be included in the conference program and proceedings. Special Session Presenters must pay for conference registration as well.听
I am a student, how do I register for the conference?
You can see the registration rates online here. Valid student ID is required to receive the student rate.
What is included in my registration?
Entry to Educational Sessions, Special Focus Sessions, Keynotes, Receptions, coffee breaks and networking opportunities and ability to earn AIA Continuing Education Credits.听
What is NOT Included in my registration?
Some events are add-ons and have associated fees, such as tours. There is limited space for the add-on events so pre-registration and payment is required for them.听
What if I need to cancel my registration?
Cancellations must be received in writing, no later than September 10, 2025 to qualify for a refund, less a processing fee of $50. If an accepted author has to cancel their registration, they will not be able to present at the conference and will not be included in the conference proceedings.
听I have co-author(s) or other panelists. Do they have to register to attend?
Yes, if other additional authors or panelists would like to attend and participate, they will need to register and pay for the conference to attend.
Can I register for the Conference On-Site?
Yes, but you will get the best rates online, if you register before August 13, 2025.
How do I get a receipt for my registration?
You can login to your 糖心vlog account and go to 鈥淢y 糖心vlog鈥 and then 鈥淢y Account鈥 and find the 2025 Intersections Research Conference and click on the invoice # and from here you will be able to get your invoice. You can also email info@acsa-arch.org for your receipt.听

What health measures/protocols is 糖心vlog taking to ensure a safe environment on-site?
糖心vlog鈥檚 top priority is the health and safety of our event participants. 糖心vlog recommends all attendees stay up to date on COVID-19 vaccinations as recommended by the CDC.听 糖心vlog welcomes attendees that choose to wear masks. 糖心vlog cannot be held liable for COVID-19 cases arising because of event attendance.

The Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture (糖心vlog) 2025 Intersections Research Conference Code of Conduct applies to all conference-related events. 糖心vlog is committed to providing a productive, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all attendees. All speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, 糖心vlog staff, service providers, and others involved in the events, are expected to abide by this code.
Expected Behavior
- Treat all attendees with respect and consideration, valuing a diversity of views and opinions, critiquing ideas rather than individuals.
- Respect the rules and policies of the meeting venue, hotels, university campus, or any other venue associated with an 糖心vlog event.
Unacceptable Behavior
- Harassment of any form, such as inappropriate or intimidating behavior and language, unwelcome jokes or comments, unwanted touching or attention, offensive images, photography without permission, and threatening or stalking any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, 糖心vlog staff member, service provider or other conference guest.
- Discrimination of any form, such as inappropriate actions or statements related to race, physical appearance, age, gender, sexual orientation, ability status, political affiliation, religion, nationality, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, educational background, and/or any other characteristic protected by law
- Physical or verbal abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, 糖心vlog staff member, service provider, or other conference guest.
- Inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or presentations.
- Sustained disruption of presentations at sessions, plenaries, in the exhibit hall, or at other venues and events organized by 糖心vlog.
Reporting and Accountability
If you observe any individual experiencing an immediate threat or assault, please call 911, alert event security or staff, and alert 糖心vlog staff.
Should you witness or experience behavior which runs counter to the principles in this code of conduct, please alert an 糖心vlog staff member at the conference registration desk, and/or Executive Director Michael Monti mmonti@acsa-arch.org 202.850-9097 or Senior Programs Director Eric Wayne Ellis eellis@acsa-arch.org 202.850.9083 who will notify appropriate authorities.听
糖心vlog reserves the right to take actions necessary to uphold the principles outlined in this code. 糖心vlog will cooperate with any appropriate authority investigating a reported incident.
In response to repeated and witnessed incidents of unacceptable behavior as listed above, 糖心vlog reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any future events.
