The Seed School, a co-operative early education center, presents a framework for an expanded model of building practice at the intersection of botanical processes, community-centric models of mutual aid, and ecological stewardship. In particular, the research builds on the indigenous principle of reciprocity – the notion of co-dependence between humans and a non-human ecology1.
